Despite the good intentions of trying to pass the declared CRS in the hints the
approach does not work because both during startup and new configuration the
pool generates the reader once without the hints (because the hints come from
the layer, that still does not exist/is still unread from the disk) and then
cached without taking the hints into account.
I'm going to make a new reader cache that takes into account hints as well for
keying, according to my tests that works (tested manually, will have to add a
integration test for the build as well)
