LegendDecoration won't paint raster legends

The legend decoration has its own painting logic and won't paint legends for
raster data.
Why is not that code delegating to the GetLegendGraphics code instead? That can
pain a raster legend too.
Not sure, maybe a delegate object used by both pieces of code could be
extracted.
Now, to make it useful the raster legends have to be more compact too, I
understand that, but still, if someone is happy with the current legend it's
not possible to get it in the decoration now.
