GWC tilesets should filter out layer without a geometry

Something I noticed with the embedded GWC: if you have a feature type in
GeoServer without a geometry, GeoServer WMS does not advertize it as a layer in
the GetCapabilities. However, when using tiled true, GWC will give back
tilesets for this layer.
Should it not use the same logic as GeoServer WMS and not advertize tilesets
for layers without a geometry? Yes, it should.
