This happens in two cases:
- plain massive mosaic
- not so big mosaic, but time/elevation based with all the tiles superimposed
(in this case even asking for a 5x5 pixel grid the mosaic would open all the
files).
We are fixing the first in geotools, and using a new param to limit the number
of files opened to 1 for the second
