Some tiles are not being drawn when source is ArcSDE but it works okay with
Geoserver 2.0.2. OR if source is PostGIS

When drawing vector data from arcSDE, some tiles are not drawn at all using
geoserver 2.1.1 and arcSDE. The tiles are drawn if using geoserver 2.0.2 OR the
vector data is copied to PostGIS. The issue is simply illustrated at this URL.

Both servers are configured identically and are running on the same machine.
