Hi everyone,
As many already know, Andrea and myself are going to be presenting a "state
of geoserver" talk at foss4g this year [1]. And we need your help! We are
trying to compile a comprehensive list of features over the last two years.
So far what we have is listed here:

Undoubtedly we have missed things, or perhaps bits are incorrect. So if
folks could look this over and add any notable features that are missing,
and update anything that is incorrect, please do.
The format should be pretty self explanatory, but one thing to keep in mind
is not to list a sponsor for a feature unless you have permission from that
organization, as we plan to publicly thank them during the presentation.
