Cut over to GeoTools port of GSProcess implementations

The attached patch is pretty straight forward:
1. GeoTools has ported a lot of the good implementations over to GSProcess and
split them up between gt-process-raster, gt-process-feature and
gt-process-geometry
2. Introduce a dependency on those three jars
3. Change our application to pick up GSProcess (rather than GeoServerProcess)
4. Tests (especially the integration tests) remain the same
