There seems to be a long standing bug in Maven that popped up around 2.0.10
that involves mishandling of 301 errors when a artifact has been moved. The
work around is to run Maven with the option:
-Dmaven.wagon.provider.http=httpclient
I have attached a sample file that is being written out incorrectly.
This might be fixable by reordering the repositories in the pom.
