Tisham here was asking about the contribution agreement, it was in the wiki
but
that got phased out when we moved to sphinx.
The contribution agreement part was not ported over though, see here:

I _think_ the contribution agreement might be this one:

but I'm not sure. Anyone from OpenPlans has better info?
