When doing GetFeature with BBOX and outputFormat="JSON", geoserver always
calculates the extend of the entire layer in real time. When the layer does not
contain much features, the performance is ok. But if layer contains 150k
features the response time explodes from some secs to minutes! changing
outputFormat to GML2 or GML3 behaves ok!
