Hi all,

Currently the m2e Maven integration in Eclipse 3.7+ chokes on the GeoServer
poms because they contain plugins that it doesn't know how to deal with.
This could be resolved by adding pluginManagement sections to the
appropriate poms to tell m2e to ignore certain plugins (
http://wiki.eclipse.org/M2E_plugin_execution_not_covered#ignore_plugin_goal
).

Are there thoughts on this one way or the other? It's ugly to add pom
elements specifically for Eclipse, but on the other hand the Eclipse Java
downloads now come with m2e preinstalled and unremovable, making them
unusable with GeoServer.

Thanks,
Shane
