Open the TIGER NY demo
size the window to be 800x600
click on the custom settings button at the top of the map
note that the map bottom is past the bottom of the visible window
click on a feature..
BUG: the response is "X and Y incorrectly specified"
note: a quick check of Chrome did not show the problem
