Hi all,
In case two proposals wasn't enough for one week here are two more. The
first is the much anticipated proposal for the new security subsystem:

The second is really a sub proposal of the above, but I felt it probably
deserved to be separate, and that is adding the ability to localize
exception messages similar to how we localize the web ui.

The second is really a sub-proposal of the first and is implemented as part
of the security work.
