the example of geowebcache wich is provided in gwc-2.1.3.jar and I assume
extracted in the gwc folder is not valid in case of uncommenting it.
1) the tag keyword (subtag of keywords) does not exist, replaced with tag string
2) the tag expireCacheList and expireClientsList are somehow not correct set
