It would be extremely beneficial if the following code was usable:
<Rotation>
<ogc:PropertyName>ROTATION</ogc:PropertyName>
</Rotation>
The code validates when attempting it, but there is no output in rendering.
I've searched around on Google for a few hours and it seems like others are
struggling with this issue as well.
Any help on getting labels to rotate based on a stored attribute from that
dataset would be greatly appreciated.
