What you want is technically possible, we have the interfaces, but so far
only external tools such
as GeoRepository (
http://geo-solutions.blogspot.it/2011/05/preview-georepository-advanced.html
)
and GeoShield can leverage them to exert control over data based on filters
and mixing
in the same rule service, feature attributes and the like (eventually the
style too).
