The Geoserver Proxy Extension page (especially the .jar download link) doesn't
reflect the current Geoserver release. Furthermore, it wouldn't hurt to specify
that the extension .jar version should correspond with the GeoServer version. I
don't know for sure if this is the right place to post a thing like this, but
it's the way I saw to it.
