Yeah, a good up to date test script sure would be nice. But i think at this
point in general just take the user interface for a spin, maybe test out
some of the servers with a desktop client like udig, qgis, etc...
I find that having a directed task really focuses and helps flesh out the
bugs. For instance I have been trying to set up some demos for the foss4g
conference and i have found of just going through the motions of setting up
the data, adding the styles, using the layer preview, etc... has fleshed
out a few issues.
Perhaps it would be good for you to test out all the gwc stuff and ensure
that it is still working as expected. I know that functionality far less
than other parts of the system and admittedly have done a poor job of
testing it thus far.
Regardless, any pre beta testing will be beneficial.
