This issue covers two problems:
* app-schema wms does not support reprojection
* When making a testing, noticed that after making a successful request for an
open layer for WMS base on complex feature, follow with a WFS request to the
same complex feature, the consequence request to the WMS request will fail.
These two issues are grouped because they are related, running wms after wfs
causes reprojection to occur even if it hasn't been put in the request. The
failure of running wms after wfs is caused by the failure of reprojection
combined with wfs leaving reprojection stuff behind in static data
