Issue Type: Bug Bug
Affects Versions: 2.1.4

Description:

When rendering WGS-84 data using a point symbolizer (either point data, or polygons rendered as centroids), if the bbox crosses the dateline then all points west of the dateline are rendered in a cluster in the upper-left corner of the image (see attached sample image.)

Labels seem to render in the correct spot, and this problem does not occur when rendering lines or polygons. Also when using the OL layer preview it is possible to click where the points should be and get a proper GetFeatureInfo response.

This originally happened with the data loaded into an Oracle table, but I have since verified the same behavior with PostGIS as well. I cannot reproduce with the original shapefile; when using the data in a shapefile store there are NO points west of the dateline.

I've attached a zip file containing both the shapefiles and the output of "shp2pgsql" that I used to create my test table in PostGIS. I'm also attaching my sld, although it happens even with the default 'point' sld.

The attached sample image was generated with a bbox of "-285.8203125,-21.708984375,-99.140625,77.958984375"

Environment: Fedora 16 x86-64, 1.6.0_24 (OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM), Tomcat 7.0.27

Priority: Major Major
