Working on a downstream project that makes use of web-core which depends on the
geoserver maven module. Reviewing the root pom.xml the <module>maven</module>
is not included in any profile, and thus has not been deployed for 2.3-SNAPSHOT.
Mind if I deploy this one? I assume we did not want to build it all the time as
our maven configuration rarely changes...
