Hi all,

Sorry about my delayed reply, but I am on holiday during July.

I have seen my name mentioned (inactive and potential members) with a
question mark on the last protocol, and I am unsure how to interpret.

Some facts from my side:

1) I am aware of the fact that I am a member of the Geotools PSC, but
during these last months I was pushing on the geoserver security module and
finishing my master thesis. The study is finished and I am looking forward
to new challenges. :-)

2) AFAIK the meetings are at 3 p.m. on Monday. Normally, I am at my
customer at this time, things become complicated. It is not possible for me
to attend the meetings on a regular basis.

3) Since I have a part time contract with OpenGeo, I have to ask first.
@Justin, can you figure out the situation?

4) I do not have the overall picture about all geoserver modules, but my
first customer (OpenGeo is the second one) is working with a
geoserver/geonetwork combination (I migrated from ESRI stuff) to fulfill
the INSPIRE directive.

5) Looking into the future, I see a lot of security work to do. Perhaps it
is not a bad idea to have a crazy security guy in the PSC.

Last but not least, the PSC has to decide. At the end of the day, I will
contribute to geoserver independent of PSC membership.

Christian
