Hi,
the ability to retain the nullable elements adding an empty element with
xsi:nil="true"
is something that spans several services, in particular WMS
(GetFeatureInfo), WFS (GetFeature)
and WPS (all GML outputs), so I'm wondering, where to put the flag?
I guess it should be a global one? Or do we need a per service one?
