Layer Preview in OpenKML format is very useful to use GeoServer as a standalone application (client and server), but I find that I have to manually hack the URL to resize the preview every time. Please allow configuring the default width and height for a preview, either globally or per-layer. The URL I mean is this one:

http://localhost:8080/geoserver/aixm/wms?service=WMS&version=1.1.0&request=GetMap&layers=mylayer&styles=&bbox=-180.0,-90.0,180.0,90.0&width=660&height=330&srs=EPSG:4326&format=application/openlayers

and it's the "width=660&height=330" I'd like to change.
