Two things:

(a) There doesn't seem to be any reference to the OCI Oracle Storage driver. Paolo's post here includes some stuff that may be useful - http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_name=50CB0B6C.9050304%40targaubiest.com&forum_name=geoserver-users

(b) Maybe on the generic Oracle page (http://docs.geoserver.org/stable/en/user/data/database/oracle.html) include a reference to OCI and make it clear what the advantages/disadvantages of OCI, JNDI, and normal driver are.
