Description:

Now that we are shipping with gwc 1.4 and jdbc diskquota is the default with embedded gwc it doesn't seem there is a way to prevent a connection to the database. Since the default is H2 which doesn't allow connections from multiple processes this is a blocker for clustering with a shared data directory.
