Description:

There are several issues here:
a) The layers.properties file referred to "namespaces". They're now workspaces.
b) Some minor typos in there and incomplete information
(Those two are both fixed in my attached file).
c) There's a "service.properties" and a "services.properties". The documentation says its the later, but its the former that actually contains stuff (the later only has a timestamp). One needs to be deleted.
d) Inside the layers.properties file it says "# Workspace: A workspace or * to catch them all (in that case, layer should be *)"
However, the bit in brackets isn't referenced in the help. It should be in the help if its true, or removed from the file if not.
