Hi PSC,
I've just put together a proposal to graduate the INSPIRE module to
extension status, here:
http://geoserver.org/display/GEOS/GSIP+94+-+Graduate+the+INSPIRE+module+to+extension+status
The test coverage status has been increased substantially a few minutes ago
(from around 30% to 85%).
About the maintainer, I am proposing myself only because it's not polite to
force others, but I'm not the original author of the module and surely not
the only developer using it, so if you want to co-maintain the module
please chime in.
