Description:

In profiling GeoServer the SPEED profile is significantly slower than PARTIAL_BUFFER2.

I suspect this is due to it behaving more as a "direct" response (and thus subject to the client's ability to parse output).

Could we rename this strategy to DIRECT to capture what it is actually doing (and not make false positives).
