Please keep discussions on-list. I use and recommend the Java EE bundle. It includes support for remote deployment and debugging and a validating XML editor.
Note also that the Oracle Java 6 JDK is the current supported platform for development and deployment. I am currently using eclipse-jee-juno-SR2-linux-gtk-x86_64 with jdk1.6.0_45.x64.
