The improvement done in http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-572 publishes, in the WMS Capabilities document, the ScaleHint and ScaleDenomentator based on the Max/Min scale denominator present in the SLD asociated to the layer.

This isn't exactly the expected value by the client. From WMS implementation spec it is necessary a computation based on a Pixel Size that is defined as 0.28mm x 0.28mm
