Last minute directory changes risk introducing packaging problems that 
only appear when a release is built. This happened in 2.3.2 when xslt 
was inadvertently omitted from the release profile. I am not saying that 
the nightlies will prevent this from happening, but they give us a 
chance to pick up problems.
