Confirm that the WMS GetMap cascade of SLD url reference is passed on
to the target WMS unchanged.

  1. Confirm if the functionality is working (or not)
    • This can be performed by a volunteer (please attach stack trace!)
  2. Construct WMS mock to test this functionality as part of our build/release cycle
    • Andrea may be able to point out a good starting point
