Ok I think this is fixed now. There was an issue in the
geowebcache-1.4.x-nightly job config that was throwing things off.
geowebcache-master -> building + deploying 1.6.x
geowebcache-1.5.x -> building + deploying 1.5.x
geowebcache-1.4.x -> building + deploying 1.4.x
The geowebcache-stable job is disabled will be removed.
