It seems that Hudson is in the middle of a "too many open files" crisis,
e.g., from a CITE tests build:
Caused by: java.io.IOException: java.io.IOException: error=24, Too many
open files
I guess it needs a kick? Maybe with a check of which files are being left
open, to see if we can do anything about it (seems to happen from time to
time)
