GeoJSON returns a MIME type of "json". It should be "application/json" - https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4627

I note there is a "outputFormat=application/json" option which allows the user to force it to be JSON, however this doesn't seem to be the default. I believe it should be.

This can cause some issues for JS libraries and browsers.
