I'm not sure how many people are thinking of attending the FOSS4G
Code sprint this Sunday here in Nottingham but I gather there are
no particular plans for what to do so far. As someone who hasn't
done any GeoServer development yet I'm thinking of introducing
myself to it by trying to address
https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-5976 which I hope shouldn't
be too complex. Would anyone who's going to attend be willing to
help me get started on setting things up?
Hi Sen,
sorry I was not around that Sunday, family commitments brought me back
home sooner.
Did you manage to work on GeoServer? How did it go?
Cheers
Andrea
To be fairly honest, we didn't do an awful lot :S
But we did go through a bunch of files in new modules to check whether
they supported translating the strings.
We found the module 'importer-web' had a lot of 'hard-coded' english, so
we changed that:

Eh, like I said, not an awful lot.
Cheers
