sorry I was not around that Sunday, family commitments brought me back home sooner.
Did you manage to work on GeoServer? How did it go?

To be fairly honest, we didn't do an awful lot :S
But we did go through a bunch of files in new modules to check whether they supported translating the strings. We found the module 'importer-web' had a lot of 'hard-coded' english, so we changed that:
