Description:

The first WFS DescribeFeatureType request is extremely slow (over 60seconds sometimes). I've clocked them at over a minute. Following requests once that one has cleared are < 0.5s.
If the resource cache is cleared they start going super-slow again.

This slowness causes some clients to timeout.
I used the demo page to test it; I have about 150+ layers. Data is coming from Oracle.
