Description:

create a new workspace via the web GUI; give it a namespace URL http://subdomain.domain.com ; create another workspace (perhaps long afterwards), give it the same URL; creation apparently fails with 150 line error msg; create the new workspace again, but with a unique URL -> creation fails with another 150 line error msg, but it is because the first create actually partially worked, leaving an inoperable workspace with the name and no valid namespace URI
