Hi,
we have this simple pull request that has been sitting there for a while,
about adding a "opaque" flag
support in the capabilities document:
https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/pull/273
The patch seems to be rather straightforward, was planning to test it and
merge it to trunk.
However, since it changes the LayerInfo interface, I though it would have
been good to run it
on the dev list first
