so I've uploaded a new version of the CSS library here:
http://download.osgeo.org/webdav/geotools/org/geoscript/geocss_2.10/0.8.4-aa/
I've added -aa to avoid version conflicts with whatever David may publish
in the future, and updated the GeoServer dependencies towards it
