Description:

When creating a new style from the CSS Styles page you are prompted for selecting the workspace and typing a name for the new style.
after this, pressing the create button, the style is created but the interface returns an error:

"The CSS Styles page failed to load. Please make sureyou have at least one vector layer and at least one style configured."

Reselecting the new style and layer works.
Not a blocking bug but annoying.
