So if I understand, the GetCapabilities is "cascading himself" the GetMap
service to a https server.
I contacted a guy that could eventually support me (he is working at the
IGN).
He told me that I could remove gpp3 from the URL (it wont' change anything
I think), and that it is normal that I get the layer to publish because are
not protected as they are public data. But maybe that could give a hint on
the fact the error is coming from the https request, as you suggested.
I'll ask him on this fact.
I can't really develop something inside GeoServer or so to make it work
because I can't develop in Java :(.
Thanks anyway, I'll keep searching and if I find a solution I'll keep the
community warned !
