Description:

When creating an ImageMosaicJDBC raster data source, the config file of the Geotools ImageMosaic reader is given as URL. The file that the URL points to is read only once. This makes it difficult to add new layers, since fixing any errors in the configuration requires restarting GeoServer or renaming the configuration file.

The problems is apparently caused by caching of config files in Geotools. I will create a separate issue there.
