Hi,
I would like to ask for promotion of the dxf community module to extension.
About the promotion requirements:
1) the module is currently in use by some of our customers and recently
some people showed interest to use the module in the users mailing list
2) the module has a mantainer (here I am)
3) recently I made some work to add it to the nightly builds and split it
in two submodules for core (wfs output format) and wps functionality, and
it seems to build and work correctly
4) test coverage is over 90%
5) no IP violations that I am aware of
6) there is already a doc page:

7) I sent a contributor agreement
Do I need to create a GSIP for this?
