Hi Rafa

The geoxacml module is out of  support. You can get rid if the error if you
uncomment the following section in the pom.xml


 <!--    <dependency>
      <groupId>org.springframework.security</groupId>
      <artifactId>spring-security-core</artifactId>
      <classifier>tests</classifier>
      <scope>test</scope>
    </dependency>-->

Unfortunately, the module does still not compile.
