No risk for WFS, we don't pass down the hint to simplify geometries, nor
for KML.
Not sure about GeoPackage for WMS, but I believe it only contains tiles
when used as a WMS output format.
PDF is already simplified today, we are not returning native geometries
when using it, the simple geometry simplification
is applied before encoding the geometries in PDF (a side effect of using
the same code that draws the map in image form).
