Dear all,
after the GSIP 104 and JIRA GEOS-6283 done by Andrea Aime, the
libjpeg-turbo module has been graduated to extension status officially on
the 2.5 branch.
All the steps for the graduation have been done, and there were no updates
to the library since 2.4.x train (as far as I know).
So, I'm going to propose here to promote the libjpeg-turbo to extension on
2.4.x too.
