Hi all,

Currently I'm implementing the usage of ISO19115 metadata in an
enterprise environment. I was wondering if it's possible to define
metadata properties (e.g. dateStamp) of a metadata record via the
GeoServer REST API. If not, is there some other way to edit these
properties (e.g. in the XML filestore)?

There is one JIRA issue (https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-5935)
that speaks about the GUI not having an option for editing the metadata
properties. It does not state that the REST API does not offer this option.

Hopefully somebody can make this clear.

Cheers,

Jan
