Broken solid? What I see is that the test are failing every other day, see
for example:
http://ares.boundlessgeo.com/jenkins/job/2.5-cite-wfs-1.0/

Last time I looked at a similar situation I could not reproduce locally and
assumed
it was somehow environmental to the build server, but of course I may be
wrong
and it's maybe luck of the draw (race condition of sorts)
